· Surgical tape

· Bandage scissors
· Empty mineral bottle per group
· Alcohol 70%
· Medicine glass

3. Urine test

· CHN bag with complete materials (refer to DOH book)
· Benedicts solution
· Acetic acid solution
· Test tube 15ml (2pcs)(15-30ml)
· Tube rack (at least two holes)(individual)
· Alcohol lamp
· Denatured alcohol
· Test tube holder
· Medicine dropper (3pcs)
· Urine bottles

Bring always your CHN bag everyday with Kozier and handouts
Complete RLE uniform, no uniform, absent !!, removal of uniform is apprehended by C.I.’s
For your e-tools, get it from your respective class mayors
